As a hospitality developer and owner as well as an operator, Amber understands owner concerns better than a purely service-oriented operator. We believe hotel operations work best when owner and operator work in partnership with carefully aligned interests. With this in mind, Amber will partner selectively with the owners and consider equity contributions and co-development in certain cases.
