Opening of 181 keys, a new construction hotel follows the recent acquisition of the hotel by an investment specialist Certares Management LLC in partnership with Highlands Investments and Monomoy Property Ventures. Hotel management company HEI Hotels & Resorts (HEI) has been asked to operate the property.
