Every food hygiene rating for pubs, cafes and restaurants in Stoke-on-Trent in 2021
We have gathered all the food hygiene ratings given to pubs, restaurants, hotels and cafes in Stoke-on-Trent by the Food Standards Agency in 2021.
The vast majority received the maximum five-star rating, while only two received the lowest one-star rating.
Ratings cover food handling, how food is stored, how it is prepared, cleanliness of facilities, and food safety management. It does not cover the quality of the food or the customer service.

Any place receiving a rating of five stars, the highest, means that the hygiene standards are “very good”, while a rating of one star means that major improvement is needed.
