Lynn Appoints Vice-Veteran of Hospitality…
Lynn University today welcomed hospitality veteran Kristell Roullé to the university cabinet as Vice President of Campus Operations.
Roullé will lead facilities, maintenance and catering services. Reporting to the Office of the President, she will work with Lynn’s leadership team on the overall strategic direction of the university and the campus experience.
“Lynn is an incredible and vibrant campus community with similar components of a lifestyle property, with on-site lives, restaurants, events and a community invested in its success,” said Lynn President, Kevin M. Ross. “Kristell’s deep understanding of hospitality management will bring a new perspective to how we manage and think about the overall campus experience for our students, employees, and visitors.”
Roullé joins Lynn after more than 20 years leading hotel operations in Florida, New York and Paris. As Vice President of Hotel Operations for Performance Hospitality Management, she most recently led COVID-19 recovery efforts for a portfolio of five hotels in Florida. His goal was to drive customer experience, employee engagement, and profitability, as well as redefine corporate culture and define goals and processes for support functions. She also oversaw corporate strategy for human resources, business services and accounting.
Originally from France, Roullé began his career at Accor Hotels in Paris. But, after a 24-hour stay in New York, she was keen to move to the United States. She got a work visa and moved to the Big Apple to take up a butler job at the St. Regis New York. She quickly rose through the ranks and eventually became part of the management team that led the hotel’s successful $100 million renovation in 2013.
Since then, she has held executive positions at W South Beach and Carillon Miami Wellness Resort. Under his leadership, Carillon Miami has received some of the most prestigious awards in the hospitality and wellness industries.
“Over the years, I’ve learned that my love for hotels is a combination of many things I hold dear: attentive service, memorable cuisine, beautiful spaces, and world travel,” said Rolled. “I see a lot of that at Lynn, and I’m honored to bring my experience to support a mission of innovation, personalization, and global perspective.”
Roullé is fluent in four languages and enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters.
