Mangaluru: GR Medical College Obtains Authorization From NMC To Start MBBS Course

Mangaluru, Jan 1 The GR Medical College, hospital and research center here in Neermarga, which are part of the internationally renowned group of colleges Karavali, sponsored and managed by GR Education Trust®, with the chairmanship of educator Ganesh Rao S obtained permission from the Medical Assessment and Rating Board (MARB) of the National Medical Commission (NMC) to start the MBBS course from this academic year 2021-22.
GR Medical College has obtained permission from the National Medical Commission (NMC) Medical Assessment and Assessment Board (MARB) for 150 students to start the MBBS course from the 2021-22 academic year. The college has developed all the facilities for the MBBS course in accordance with the standards of the National Medical Commission (NMC) and Rajiv Gandhi University. The college has a modern, well-equipped hospital with a capacity of 330 general beds and 30 emergency medicine beds, including the green category, yellow category and red category and 60 ventilation beds in the care units intensive care, intensive care, neonatal intensive care, intensive care and obstetric intensive care units / ICU. Apart from that, preoperative beds, postoperative beds, working beds, eclampsia and septic beds with a total of 418 beds in the hospital. The college has a 24-hour emergency service, a blood bank, a central laboratory, a pharmacy, a radiology department, an ambulance service, an anatomy lab, physiology lab, and biochemistry lab, as well as a separate boys and girls home on campus.
