Marriott to introduce Courtyard brand to Vietnamese coast

Marriott International has signed an agreement with AKYN Hospitality Group to bring the Courtyard by Marriott brand to Quy Nhon, a booming coastal destination on the south-central coast of Vietnam.
Courtyard by Marriott Quy Nhon will serve as a key part of a new mixed-use development in the heart of the city.
Local and international attraction
Scheduled to open in early 2025, the site promises to offer a high-end experience of international standards for locals as well as domestic and foreign tourists.
Accentuating contemporary design that encompasses comfort and functionality, Courtyard by Marriott Quy Nhon is expected to offer 362 carefully designed guest rooms and suites with stunning ocean views. Accommodations include family rooms and suites to meet the needs of parents traveling with their children. The hotel is expected to offer three contemporary restaurants, including an all-day dining restaurant with show cooking, a coffee shop, and a lobby lounge.
Well-being at work
Additional design plans call for a 25m outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The hotel’s spa includes private treatment rooms, a sauna and steam rooms. Dining for families is a kids’ club with an outdoor playground. Other planned facilities include 756 m² of flexible function space, including a grand ballroom and four breakout rooms for occasions ranging from corporate conferences to weddings.
For business people, The Residence is a flexible space that can be adapted to a variety of different functions. Widely open plan, this welcoming space features work areas, intimate meeting rooms, casual seating groups and personal booths, complete with printing stations and an F&B counter to maximize productivity.
