Wyndham launches new brand with first location in Plano
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has launched a new extended stay brand in Plano under the working title “Project ECHO”.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the world’s largest hotel franchise company with 9,000 hotels in more than 95 countries. Wyndham’s new brand is expected to open 72 hotels, with groundbreaking in Plano this month.

The hotel is owned by Gulf Coast Hotel Management 3 and will be located on just under two acres of land and will include a lobby, fitness center, guest laundry and 124 guest rooms of 300 square feet. , with single and double studio suites. with kitchenettes.

The hotel is located along the southeast corner of Highway 121 and Rasor Boulevard in Plano and is expected to open in the second half of 2023.
